I love my new home
Today I had some employment paperwork to do, so after it was all done B and I hopped on the metro and saw:
- the capitol building
- the Lincoln Memorial
- the Washington Memorial
- the Smithsonian Natural History Museum
- the State Department building (where Hillary works!)
The best part about it: we can go back anytime we want — for free! (Well, I guess there are metro fares …)
B and I are still unpacking stuff, but I’m in love with our apartment and the town we live in.

That is so cool. Maybe you will see Barack or Hillary at some point! I can’t wait to see pictures of the new place. We miss you guys already!

Well, as much as Barack and Hillary go strolling down the streets of DC, I’m bound to bump into them sometime! Also, you’ll have to wait a while for photos, we’re STILL unpacking. UGH. At least it’s more fun than packing!
